You and your guests will love sipping on this Italian cocktail! It’s a classic – with a twist!
I won’t lie, one of the things I miss most about living in Europe is, well, living in Europe, and all the traditions that come with it. On those first warm late spring days in May when you finally pull out your open toe shoes and go for a still in the city, followed by an afternoon cocktail outdoors at a cafe.
Sunglasses on, which ultimately also allows for some inconspicuous people watching, and Aperol Spritz in hand. To me, this sums up the perfect afternoon.
Now, living in South Florida, it may be slightly different. Certainly not including the excitement around last spring days in May since it’s always sunny and warm in the sunshine state, but the 365 days of summer also allow for 365 days of Aperol Spritz!
